
ZINK deficiency results from inadequate intake of ZINK, or inadequate absorption of ZINK into the body. Signs of ZINK deficiency includes hair loss, skin lesions, diarrhea, wasting of body tissues, and, eventually, death. Eyesight, taste, smell and memory are also connected with ZINK.
